Dialogue with the Nones -Apologetics and Credible conversations)
__________
Why it matters most now:
We all know that every Catholic family today has a son, daughter, friend, or co-worker who has said "bye bye" to the faith or never really believed or understood the faith. We also know it is personal and painful—because of this, many Catholics are very motivated to learn how to talk about faith without arguing.
Pew Research has shown that the “Nones” are the fastest-growing religious group in the U.S.; parishes see baptisms and confirmations drop while OCIA often has seekers with huge questions.
The reality is that Catholics usually feel underprepared: some know doctrine (many don't) but not how to communicate it with warmth and clarity
This directly touches the Church’s big concern in today's challenging culture: unbelief and disaffiliation.
Relevance: These unique workshops equip ordinary Catholics for their most urgent mission field—their own families, workplaces, and even parishes.
IN SUMMARY
Dialogues with the Nones appeals because nearly every Catholic feels this pastoral need in family life.

Truth and Charity: Listening and Bridging Polarization
____________________________________
Why it matters most now:
It's sad but parishes and dioceses everywhere face many tensions: political divides, liturgy wars, social issues. This discourages many people and turns seekers away.
Pope Francis and now Pope Leo are calling Catholics to be more loving, to listen, discern, and to dialogue. But most parishes don’t yet know how to handle it concretely.
Of course Catholics long for unity and healing—yet they don’t have tools to talk about “hot-button” and uncomfortable issues without conflict.
We have studied this and have found out that training in listening, conflict transformation, and respectful dialogue fills a vacuum that is not fully addressed by major Catholic leadership organizations.
Relevance: It answers the Church’s cultural challenge: polarization both inside and outside the Church.
IN SUMMARY:
Truth & Charity Forums appeals because Catholics want peace, unity, and skills to handle division faithfully.

The Importance of Discerning Our Holy Spirit Charisms
_______________________________________
Why it matters most now:
Every single one of us Catholics receive gifts (charisms) of the Holy Spirit at baptism and confirmation, but in reality most have never thought of discerning or named them. Without this awareness, what do you think happens? The countless gifts remain hidden and are not used.
Studies show that parishes flourish where the laity recognize and activate their charisms—leading to deeper discipleship, a more robust, evangelization, and more vocations to the priesthood.
The reality is that many Catholics confuse “talents” with “charisms.” They may serve generously but don’t understand how the Spirit specifically empowers them for our crucial mission.
This directly touches the Church’s big concern today: how to engage the baptized in evangelization, leadership, and renewal of culture. This is beyond crucial.
Relevance: These workshops equip Catholics to recognize, discern, and live out their charisms so that parishes move from maintenance to mission and each believer discovers their unique calling in the Church.
IN SUMMARY
All Catholics without exception were gifted with supernatural Holy Spirit charisms to become a holier and stronger evangelizing disciples, leaders, anointed ones, enlightened ambassadors for Christ.
